Natural disasters like earthquake, tsunami, flood and cyclones can often come at the least accepted time. The poor suffer a lot because they have the least to cope and rebuild. Lot of people suffers due to these natural phenomenon and many are left homeless. When poor countries are hit by natural disasters, the cost of rebuilding becomes even more.
